Material Quality: Forks should be made from high-grade aluminum or steel, ensuring durability and longevity.
Variety: A range of frequencies, especially those used in sound healing (e.g., 432 Hz, 528 Hz), must be available.
Supporting Sound Healing Equipment:
Tingsha, Tibetan Bell, Hand Pan, Zen Chimes, Tongue Drum, Rain Sticks: Each piece must be of superior quality, producing clear, resonant tones with authentic sound characteristics.
Craftsmanship: Instruments should be handmade or crafted with precision, ensuring durability and consistency in sound. They must be made from quality materials, such as bronze, steel, or wood, depending on the instrument.
Accessories: All supporting equipment should come with necessary accessories like mallets, cases, or covers. Packaging must ensure the safe transport and longevity of the instruments.
3. Authorization Process

Complete the SHVSA-authorized seller application form, including detailed information about your business, products, and experience.
Submit proof of business registration and any necessary licenses.
Provide a product portfolio with descriptions, images, and videos demonstrating the quality and authenticity of your items.
Step 2: Product Evaluation
SHVSA will conduct a thorough review of your product line, including quality checks on sample products. You will be required to send samples of each product category for evaluation.
Quality checks include testing the sound quality, frequency accuracy, material integrity, and overall craftsmanship of each product.
Step 3: Site Inspection (if applicable)
For large-scale sellers or those with manufacturing ties, SHVSA may conduct an on-site inspection to verify production methods, materials used, and quality control processes.
Step 4: Approval and Authorization
Upon successful evaluation, your business will receive the SHVSA-authorized seller status. You will be provided with certification documents and permission to use the SHVSA logo on your marketing materials.
You must agree to adhere to SHVSA’s guidelines and maintain the quality of the products you offer.
4. Ongoing Compliance and Monitoring
Annual Recertification: Your certification is valid for one year and must be renewed annually. Renewal requires a review of your current product line, including updated samples if necessary, and a reaffirmation of your commitment to SHVSA’s standards.
Random Product Testing: SHVSA reserves the right to conduct random product tests to ensure ongoing compliance with quality guidelines. Failure to meet the standards may result in certification suspension or revocation.
